HOME HEALTH SCREENING
Here is a link to the Home Health Screening, which asks you to:
- Check your child’s temperature each morning before school.
- Make sure your child has not been exposed to or showing symptoms of COVID-19.
Check this screening document for more details on what we need parents/guardians to do.
Hybrid students in grades 3-12, please remember to bring your Chromebook to school. We are planning for a lot of hands-on learning opportunities while our students are in the building, but we want to be able to help students with any questions or problems they may have with their remote learning activities. After the initial start of hybrid learning, it may not be necessary for our younger students to bring Chromebooks. Your child’s teacher will let you know more about this expectation. Hybrid students will continue to work through Seesaw and Google Classroom on remote instruction days. Teachers may send home materials as well.
If you selected the hybrid model, your child’s cohort information will be communicated to you before they are scheduled to return to the building. If you have not received this information by Monday at noon the week of your child’s return, please contact your child’s school. Bus route information for PreK-2 students will be available on October 5th. If you have not received a call from your child’s school with this information by noon on the 5th, please call your child’s school or the Department of Transportation (515-5100). Bus information for 3-12 students will be communicated to you before they are scheduled to return to the building. If you have not received transportation information by Monday at noon the week of your child’s return, please contact your child’s school or the Department of Transportation.
If you selected to remain in the remote environment, we will continue to be committed to your child’s instructional experience. Your child will work in the same way they have been since the beginning of the school year. PreK-second grade will continue using SeeSaw and grades 3-12 will continue using Google Classroom to access instructional materials.
