HAPPY THANKSGIVING WEEK! Tomorrow, Tuesday, Cohort A will attend school. Cohort B and remote students will learn from home. The school will be closed Wednesday, November 25-Friday, November 27. We wish you a safe and healthy Thanksgiving holiday!
Smile! It’s Almost Picture Day
We will be taking school pictures on Wednesday, December 2 (Cohort A) and Thursday, December 3 (Cohort B). Pictures will be taken in the gym. Students will stay with their class and follow all safety precautions, just as we do throughout the day.
We are also offering an opportunity for our REMOTE students to take their picture on December 2 and 3 from 4:15-6:00 p.m. Please sign up below (remote students). Please park in the side parking lot and walk across the blacktop to the front gym entrance.

Yearbook Photos from Remote Learners
The PTO is beginning to work on the 2020-2021 yearbook and would love for parents to send in photos from remote learners. Please email [email protected] if you’re interested in helping to design this year’s BHES yearbook.
Online Scholastic Book Fair (11/30-12/13)

FREE BOOKS for children Ages 0 to 5: The Aspire Foundation Inc. is the local facilitator of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library and the program is now available to all residents of Lynchburg City! Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is a free, book gifting program that mails high-quality, age-appropriate books to children from birth until they reach age 5. PTO T-Shirt Program: Kindergarten, 3rd grade, and new BHS students can pick up their free Husky t-shirt at the school. Please call the office to arrange a pick-up time.
Angel Tree Program 2020
As the holiday season approaches we wanted to connect with families who have traditionally participated in our Food for Thought Program and/or Bedford Hills Angel Tree.
If you have participated in those programs in the past OR if you need support during this holiday season we would love to connect with you.
