INTENT FORM REMINDER
As a reminder, please check your LCS-registered email to complete the LCS Intent Form for the 2021-22 school year. If you have already completed the intent form, there is no need to do so again.
Your response to the intent form will help us with preparation for the 2021-22 school year. If your child will be attending LCS in Kindergarten through 12th grades next year, please complete the form. We need to know your intent for 2021-22, whether your intent is to apply for your child to attend the LCS Virtual Academy or to attend in-person at the school building five days a week.
