Dear LCS families,
Please note that we continue to err on the side of safety during coronavirus (COVID-19) concerns. Therefore, we have decided to temporarily cancel all out-of-town field trips. We will continue to monitor the most current information about COVID-19. We will work with families to refund any costs or reschedule trips for a later date.
High school competition-based travel will continue on a case by case basis. Families will be notified if there are any changes to out-of-town competition activities. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the superintendent’s office or the student services office in our school administration building at (434) 515-5070 or (434) 515-5035.
We remain in collaboration with the health department as they monitor any developments, and we will follow any recommendations they provide in regards to operating plans for schools. At this time, the school calendar is continuing as normal, and we ask that you work with us to keep everyone healthy!
